Royal Neptun Hotel, Dubrovnik

My stay at the Ariston hotel, part of the Importanne Group, was delightful. The rooms were surprisingly spacious and had nice amenities like a small refrigerator and a large screen TV. The service was top-notch with continually replenished food and incredibly friendly and helpful staff, especially Kristijan and Marina. The location was perfect, offering easy access to the 'promenade' with various restaurants and shops, and just a short walk from the bus station. However, the dining experience, while having a wide-ranging selection, left something to be desired. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and offered everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
